    Leaking Grundfos Home Booster unit

    Bucks plumbing responded very quickly to mu enquiry and sent someone round to fix the issue with an hour. The guy who came showed a good understanding of the set-up and identified the source of the leak and repaired it. Extremely happy with their service and would definitely use them again and be happy to recommend to others.

    Hive Thermostat installation

    Very happy overall, the team are very knowledgeable, arrived on time and installed the Hive which is all working. They even found some time to quickly visit my Dad’s house to inspect and carry out a temporary repair on his boiler, which was much appreciated! Keep up the good work 👍🏼

    Blocked toilet

    Contacted and had prompt response quoting price to pressure jet drain, which I responded to providing address etc. They said will attempt to squeeze you in today , if not tomorrow. After 2 days sent message asking when available but 24 hours later still no response. Sent message saying assume they are no longer interested in the work and thanked them for wasting 3 days while I waited in for them

    Triton shower

    I contacted Paul at Bucks Plumbing and heating to ask about having a new Triton shower fitted in the bathroom, the installation of which was to replace our very ancient one that was begging to be given rest. The advice I got from Paul was invaluable, answering in detail every little question asked. The young man who came to do the actual fitting was polite and carried out the work with proficiency and intelligence.

    Large utility leak & white goods piping issue

    Paul and his team came to my rescue when I had a large utility leak in 2 areas and piping issues which meant I couldn’t use my washing machines or sinks. This was a huge stress for me being highly dependant on these things working daily - with one call to Paul he was able to diagnose the issue efficiently, sent out one of his engineers prepared already with the replacements parts needed within a few hours. This is a service and support a busy home owner dreams of - I cannot recommend Paul and his team highly enough.
