Wayne provided a quote for replacing my storage heaters with various different options, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He promptly replied to all my questions. Prior to and on the day of the work, he kept me informed of his ETA, and began work as soon as he arrived, completing it efficiently in one morning. He took time to explain how the new radiators work and followed it up by email in which he clarified a misunderstanding. His work, attention to detail, and customer service are all excellent, and I highly recommend him.
