Amazing from start to finish, excellent communication, was happy to liaise with ourselves and the letting agents. Completed the job ahead of schedule, made it all look super easy (after so many other made such a fuss of what would need to be done!l) so greatful and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Ross came to quote for a replacement downstairs toilet. While there, he also resolved another issue we had as a gesture, completely unexpected, but we were so grateful. Ross was responsive and helpful, suggested some design ideas that have ended up looking great and the quality of the finish was excellent. We will definitely be using Ross again in the future. Highly recommended.
