Great experience. Answered all of my questions prior to paying deposit and installation was booked in quickly. The installation itself proved more difficult than it should have been (not BAHP’s fault). The company that installed my old unit hadn’t done so correctly, so the replacement had to be done over two days. BAHP took it in their stride and did a fantastic job with the installation and were great with their communication throughout. Better yet, one of the only companies I have ever worked with that have shown up on time! Will happily work with them again for future servicing of the unit.
