The project was to design, supply and completely refit our large bathroom with suitable aids, equipment and layout for use by a frail 91 year old. Mark expertly took us through an iterative design process suggesting many practical options. The 3 week installation was started on time and competed just 1 day more than the estimate but well within acceptable margins of tolerance. The installation by Morgan was excellent, everything was clean and tidy, and he kept us informed of when water and power was going to be interrupted and patiently going through details such as the height of toilet.

From first showroom visit to final installation, first class experience. Carina designed us a complete total refit using high end sanitary ware, cabinets, tiling, flooring etc. but also being conscious of our budget. Shaun did an amazing job being very meticulous to the finest detail. He discussed progress on a daily basis and didn't mind our Labrador puppy stealing his trainers every day! A few snags along the way due mainly to the house construction but Shaun always found a solution. End result is amazing, so much so that we have asked Carina to design a new bathroom for us.

This is the second time we have used Bubbles which shows we were impressed with their designs/workmanship first time round. We were very pleased with the design for the refitting of our downstairs W.C., together with the actual work carried out by Mark. We were looking for a turnkey design, source and install solution for renovation of our dated bathroom. The Bubbles team produced a design to our budget and walked us through the numerous product choices on offer. An early installation date was agreed and the work proceeded to the agreed timescale. The onsite team, led by a very experienced lead installer, were highly professional and overcame a number of issues that arose during the work. The end result is a very smart bathroom which we're extremely pleased with. We'd thoroughly recommend Bubbles to others.

The job included the installation of a new toilet, wall mounted shower, a hand basin, tiling, a new floor and plastering. This is the third time we have used Bubbles which speakes for itself. We had a snag with the Aqualisa shower which Bubbles resolved. A job well done

Carina came up with a unique solution to our problem which was to update the room, make it warmer, make space for the washing machine and tumble drier to be stacked and used in there. They made a cupboard, Installed underfloor heating, new shower, toilet, sink etc. They did a good job, installer was tidy and polite. They were realistic on timescales even when a supplier had let them down. Communication was excellent. When the missing items finally arrived they were able to fit it as soon as possible. Would recommend bubbles.
