George's team refurbished our cloakroom and ensuite bathroom in September. He kept me updated throughout the work and always let me know about any delays. They did a fantastic job overall — happy with the result, thanks so much!

George and his men took out an old coal fire place that had been there for over 40 years a great job done by all I would recommend them

George is very personable and typically responds within a quick time frame, but there was a theme of broken promises resulting in the time from start to finish of this job taking roughly 5/6 months. Partly due to delay in materials & bathroom appliances, but also due to consistent unavailability and broken commitments from George and his team. The plumbing works in particular were not of a high standard and had to be rectified many times, with a leak through the ceiling. The tiling however is of the heights standards and would highly recommend Mike Richards. Overall didn't meet expectations.

George and his team re-furbished my upstairs bathroom to a high standard and I am very pleased with the finished product. The tiling is excellent. I was not happy with flush on the new toilet and he replaced the toilet without any extra charge. The new toilet has an excellent whirlpool flush.

BTM plumbing responded immediately to my call and arrived promptly. What a helpful and respectful young man. He completed the work to our total satisfaction and was clean and tidy. ( something my elderly, frail father appreciated). He even removed the old toilet etc.

They were very helpful and communicative. The only reason I put reliability at a 9 is because the job was a little delayed. But all the work was fantastic and will be recommending them to other people
