  Great craftsmanship from Ben fitting new internal doors in our 100 year old house-the age of the property gave Ben certain challenges which he overcame with ease and we are grateful to his attention detail and precision, also a very polite courteous man to have in your home we would definitely recommend Ben to any of our family and friends Thankyou

  Fantastic cupboards for utility room

  Ben and his team did a fantastic job fitting storage cupboards in our utility room - they look brilliant! Communication from Ben was great and it was no problem having him and the team in the house - they left everything really clean and tidy. Would highly recommend - really happy with our cupboards!

  Complicated fitting of a FD30 fire door to attic bedroom involving modifications to door architrave

  Exceptional communication from initial viewing to prompt quote and implementation date. Very clean, tidy and courteous throughout with quality of workmanship exceptional. As customers, we could not be more pleased. Highly recommended for specialist door work. The best.

  Fixing a bathroom door handle

  Ben picked up the job quickly and was over a couple of days after I posted the job (it wasn’t urgent). He worked out how to fix the problem straight away (broken door handle), and as a bonus he offered to take the door off the hinges and sand it down so it didn’t scuff the bathroom tiles - it annoyed him as much as us! Really glad Ben picked this job up. Definitely keeping details for any future jobs. Really pleasant, courteous, conscientious, tidy and not even that noisy doing the sanding.

  Kitchen unit fixing

  I couldn't be happier having found BTL. What a pleasant, kind and helpful young man. Very capable and understood what was needed. I will definitely use BTL in the future and would certainly recommend them.
