From my initial meeting with NIck he gave me confidence and presented as efficient and passionate about wood flooring and doing a good job. My floor looks better than when it was first laid. His team were really lovely young men who arrived punctually each day were polite and helpful and worked extremely hard to ensure the job kept to time and any inconvenience to us was minimal. Nick’s team replaced 3 floorboards before sanding and kept checking with us that we were happy as the job progressed. Highly recommend >
