Our old pine floor boards were horribly orange and completely worn after years of neglect by the previous owners. They are now back to their former glory thanks to Nick and his amazing team. Nick was there every morning to run through with me what his team would be doing that day and always updating me. He is such a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. The same can be said for his team! They were such hard workers, friendly and got the job done efficiently. It is clear that Nick has years of experience. So nice to also support a local, family run business.

Nick visited within 24 hours of initial enquiry and provided excellent advice and a very reasonable quote for the job which was accepted. Work comprising removal of damaged boards, replacement and sanding and making good followed by application of a sealer and the sanding and re sealing of worktops- commenced the following week and was completed quickly and to a superb standard. We have used BT flooring an a number of occasions and they have always excelled. Very highly recommended.

I was really impressed with Nicks communication, sometimes it can be stressful having these sorts of work completed, particularly in a flat, but he helped keep any stress at bay! Nick and his team did an amazing and impressive job. I was worried about looking for the flooring specialist advice because we wanted to use real wood and the fitting would include stairs that have a turn. Nick and his team have demonstrated high level of expertise and professionalism in the job. He explained to me clearly what can be done and what cannot be done. He kept me informed all along.
