We appointed B&T Construction to undertake a full remodelling of our home including demolition and extension. The project was led by Tony. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the build, very knowledgable and always friendly and professional, as was his son Ben. Both guys made sure that the build was delivered on time, to budget and of high quality. We also had a great experience working with all of the associated contractors, all of which were very pleasant and happy to help. We would recommend B&T Construction and will work with them again.

Ben was fantastic from start to finish. He designed our kitchen to perfection and his workmanship was outstanding. He was exceptionally tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and have already booked him in to carry out more work, we have also already recommended him to our friends.

Tony, Ben and the team have been absolutely outstanding on this project from start to finish. From the beginning Tony has provided professional, friendly direction regarding how we can best deliver our project on time and to budget, making sure that our new home is of an exceptional standard. A key quality to B&T Construction is their hard working and diligent team, who have reliably shown up rain or shine. Ben, our main point of contact during the build, has always been available to answer all of our questions (big / small) and we would not hesitate to recommend B&T Construction to others.

The company is run by Father (Tony) and Son(Ben) They project manage all the job as well as the works they carry out themselves. Various high quality tradesmen are brought in to carry out the specific works they are expert at. Eg. Bricklayer, plumber,roofer ,gas technician, plasterer. Ben is on site coordinating the various works to ensure materials are available and tradesmen come as and when needed. Tony oversees the whole project and ensures the quality of the work done. You would be hard pressed to find a better outfit, or a better price. The extension looks fantastic.

Delighted to have found father and son Tony and Ben to carry out our extension. Great communication, always there when they should have been, polite, considerate- just nice guys but importantly good builders. Attention to detail was much better than expected and offered many alternative ideas to our plans where they could see a better way of doing something. Pricing was fair with no unexpected costs at the end we hadn’t discussed beforehand. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

If you want to your project to exceed your expectations, to be delivered at a reasonable cost , and by builders that are a pleasure to deal with , then look no further than this company. Also payment is requested after work had been done, not before. We love our new bathroom, that looks great inside and out. All trades that were engaged were professional, skilled and ensured that we were happy with their work before moving on. The whole project is managed by Ben and Tony, so they are your contact points throughout. Any question/concern is dealt with straight away. No chasing up required.
