It's my first time using Checkatrade and it was very positive. I needed a shower mixer tap replacing due to my old one being knackered. Ben was great to deal with, communication was 1st class from start to finish, he was very courteous especially when I mentioned I had a son who is autistic and nonverbal and may get a little anxious with him in our flat.
