Burgess Security Systems Limited have been looking after our alarm system for over 5 years (it was installed by another company 10 years before that). The team are always available on callouts if and when needed, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it is checked every year. Over the past 5 years Ross has installed a new battery, installed 3 new sensors that are pet sensitive after we got a cat, and does an annual service. Julie in the office is always so helpful and friendly too!

BSSL installed our alarm system over thirty years ago and have carried out a routine service every year since installation. In thirty years we have only had cause to make a call out once and when we did they responded quickly and efficiently despite the fact it was late at night. We have always found them to be friendly, polite and they have provided us with an excellent service. We would definitely recommend this company.

Ross intalled my alarm 28 years ago and in all that time (apart from annual service) I have had only one call out. It has been a very reliable system and Ross is such a genuine person. I would definately recommend his company to anyone

Very professional, rang this morning spoke to a lovely lady in the office who took all the details and arranged the appointment swiftly. The engineer arrived this afternoon punctually and sorted out a replacement battery as the original had failed and then he checked all the sensors in the house to make sure they were functioning correcly. Very polite and informative would definitely use again and recommend this local company.
