Downstairs heating installed

This is the second time we had opted to hire BSPS. Their service was excellent the first time around and so we requested them back to fit our downstairs radiators. Their work was exceptional. We haven’t had any heating in the main living area and front door passage way since April. It’s now lovely and warm just in time for the cold.

Leaky valve repair

The plumber was very friendly and approachable and communicated with me every step of the way.
The job was completed in under an hour, and not only is the leak fixed, the plumbing under our sink has never looked better. Couldn't be happier!

The radiator didn’t work well and no reply

Ben did come to visit in mid March and install a brand new radiator in the bathroom. He said it was working when he left.
However, after few days when I checked the radiator, it is not working, even no heat in the pipe.
I texted him by WhatsApp and he suggested me to bleed it but not help. I asked him to re-visit because it should have warranty. However, he didn’t reply anymore.
Please re-consider to ask him to work.
