From start to finish I was delighted with the way Brandon went about his job, from communicating and delivering excellent service.

Brendon was amazing. He did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. Wish more trades people were like him. If I need any more AC related jobs, I'll be speaking to BSM again for sure

2 Great guys did the job quickly and cleanly. Then managed to fit us in during their busy period for a relatively small job. Communication with them was fantastic. I took their card and will be passing it on to friends and family who may want Air Con in the future.

Brandon was amazing, quick response to our enquiry. Answered all our questions, really showing his knowledge of his products, knowing the size of the room and the outside of the house knowing exactly which product would suit our needs. The night before he told us the time of his arrival and he was bang on time. So friendly going through positioning what he will need. He worked swiftly, cleaned up after himself wouldn’t have known he’d been there. After installing he walked us through how the unit worked, everything needed on the app, how to keep it in good working condition. Great company!

I contacted Brandon on Monday, and by Friday, he was already installing my air conditioning. He was prompt and professional from the initial conversation right through to providing the quote. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, completed the installation smoothly, and left everything clean afterwards. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work. I’d highly recommend him.
