We trusted Brian with keys to our back door which they forgot to leave in the safe place requested and they couldn’t return until over 24 hours later. We asked Brian to make some changes as a couple of the flags were v.chipped. They came back but didn’t replace anything only cleaned the flags. They left the gate unlocked and the water running through the hose pipe which is also now broken. We have an alley at the back of property with a drain which has been blocked by the work done on the patio. We have spent lots of time cleaning this. The stepping stone is loose but no reply to come fix it.

Brian and the team did a great job and were polite and punctual. Brian kept me updated throughout the work and also managed to fit in some extra work (jet washing the front garden).

Brian and the lads did a great job with improving the back yard. They removed the old fencing and decking, levelled the ground and provoded updates on the work. Brian provided advice on the new patio and fencing, taking into account our needs. Great job!
