Stephen and James were tidy polite and carried the work out to a high standard

I contacted Stephen about the leaking toilet that needed fixed and he replied the same day. The plumber arrived the following day with all the right tools to do the job there and then. He arrived promptly and worked quickly, efficiently and tidily and was courteous to my wife throughout. The job was done with no fuss and to a very high standard which I am satisfied with. Stephen was a godsend because we needed a plumber who could come out immediately as we had to close our business due to the leaking toilet. Highly recommend BSG Plumbing Services.

Stephen prioritised the job as it was an emergency and visited the following day. James did an excellent job and is a credit to the company. He went above and beyond to get it all fixed. Credit to him. This is an excellent company and I have no hesitation in recommending or using their first class service.

Only toilet in house had stopped flushing altogether so wanted to get it fixed pronto. Stephen asked the right questions immediately - 'is it your only toilet?' and 'if you send me a photo of the cistern, I'll be able to give you a quote'. He was able to send one of his team around within an hour with the correct parts and the issue was fixed about an hour later. Fast turnaround was essential for us, toilet has never flushed better thanks to Robert and good value for the work completed. Would absolutely recommend!
