A very good experience dealing with BS Electrical from initial enquiry, to quote, to work being carried out, invoice being issued and receipt of payment confirmed. Ben and Phil arrived promptly on the day, were very professional and friendly. They completed the work in good time, cleaned up afterwards and were happy to explain what they had done and answer our questions. Would definitely recommend.

BS electrical advised on replacement lighting for my kitchen. They did this small job very quickly by fitting me between jobs they were already doing. The new lighting is very bright, which is essential for safety in the kitchen. Great job, done quickly.

Professional and honest

In May I contacted BS Electrical (who had been recommended) as I wanted my house rewired but not until Sept. Ben came out promptly, and all correspondence was easy and quick. The rewiring was completed on schedule - I was very impressed with teams punctuality and professionalism. They left my house really tidy and clean, there wasn't anywhere near the dust that I have feared! I would definitely recommend.

Ben and Phil did a fantastic job installing our outside lights, doorbell, and network cabling just how we wanted it. They kept us informed with the work and installation issues, found and fixed an surprise electrical issue at no cost, and the house was left clean and tidy. They were always on time throughout the quoting and installation, and Casey was great with the communication. Great service and would recommend.
