  Fitting of new washing machine plug and electrical plug socket

  The electrician arrived early for the 8am appointment. He was friendly and efficient and took the time to have a look at another electrical issue I was concerned about - glad I asked because he was able to put my mind at rest. Great communication throughout. I would be happy to recommend BS Electrical to others.

  Really friendly electrician who arrived early for the 8am appointment. Quickly fixed the problem and went out of his way to put my mind at rest about another electrical concern I had. Great communication through out. Would not hesitate to use BS Electrical again.

  Replace ceiling light fixture

  This company responded quickly to emails and offered times to do the work required. A date was agreed and they promised to phone us when they were on the way to our address which they did. The 2 Electricians were in professional work wear, were courteous and did a very neat and tidy job. Highly recommended.

  Ben and team have completed several jobs for us now and we couldn't be more pleased. They are extremely competent, friendly, efficient and professional. They arrive when they say they will and they leave everywhere clean and tidy. They have been great at providing advice where we needed it and their suggestions have given us results we are very pleased with. We have also found that Casey in the office is friendly, helpful and efficient. The business is happy to provide detailed quotations, which they also adjusted for us twice! Billing and payment is also detailed and easy. Superb.

  Replacement hall light in a park home

  Well what absolute find this company is . Telephone answered by a really professional , lovely , kind and helpful person. Sent photo of light to be fitted and confirmed price Excellent all the way , called to say on their were on their way as requested as my mother is very elderly and her carer needed to be there. They completed job and we are delighted. What a refreshing change , great service , will use again for sure Thank you
