  The company contacted me quickly and then arranged a speedy appointment next day. On the first visit they correctly diagnosed the problem which required replacing the grilll/oven elements. At the same time the company persevered and fixed the stuck oven fan when replacing it would have been simpler. Within four days they had procured the replacement elements and installed them that day late into the evening. I was impressed with their desire to complete the job keeping me informed at all stages and showing me the issues with the elements.

  Washing Machine had stopped letting water into the drum.

  Farhad and his father were friendly and informative about the issue with our washing machine. Farhad was able to fix the initial issue with water inlet however the drum and motor had also gone. Farhad explained that if we were to fix these issues it would cost the same as a new washing machine so we were better off just replacing our current washing machine. He also offered to check any models we bought to provide advise on whether they are any good.

  Farhad was excellent with communication and very prompt in doing the works. Very professional throughout. Found fault with the oven and advised on buying new oven as it would cost same to change the part. Once new oven was delivered Came back straight away and installed the new oven and took away the old oven to recycle. Left the kitchen all nice and tidy after work was completed.
