Farhad replied to my initial request very quickly and managed to come to look at quickly as well. He diagnosed the problem but what was really valuable is that he spotted another potential problem which might arise soon. That allowed me to make a decision on whether it was more cost effective to get a new machine or repair given the age of the machine. Overall very good experience. Andrew S
