Excellent service. Very polite and courteous. Will definitely use in the future. Called and explained my issue unable to release safety valve to disconnect old washer. Agreed to visit and undertake same day. safety valve completely of no use & needed to be replaced and pipe extended. Great job and disconnected old washer fitted new washer and tested it. Not a big job but grateful it got sorted so promptly.

Chris was polite, friendly, explained everything clearly what each job entailed, and I would recommend him to anyone wanting great service, and the work done in a professional manner. He organised his timings to fit in with my schedule, nothing was too much trouble, and above all, great value for money. Brilliant 🤩 and an extremely happy customer !

I was arranging this work for an elderly friend. Chris replaced the thermostat the day after my call, which was great as the house was overheating and the elderly lady cannot operate the boiler. He would have serviced the boiler at the same time but I wanted to take her out on an errand. He was willing to return another day and as the lady had now met him once, she was happy for him to return without me present. His manner was friendly and agreeable. I appreciated his flexibility and would be happy to use again.

Needed Boiler refilling & checking as had been drained before we bought property. Chris was very professional & helpful in everything. Was able to see us at short notice & was very thorough in everything he did

Replaced mixer shower & fitted Towel radiator in bathroom. Chris was ontime, explained what was being done, done great tidy job.
