Nathan was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and completed two chimney sweeps efficiently with no mess left behind. He provided great advice on preventing future build-up, shared important information about brick replacement within the stove, and recommended reliable sources for good-quality firewood. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — highly recommended!

Nathan called within minutes of the job being listed and offered advice but without any pressure for us to have him do the work. Gave him the go ahead to sweep the chimney and he was here within a couple of days and arrived promptly as promised, and was polite and friendly. All work was carried out, everything left clean and tidy and he also re-insulated the unused chimney to keep the room warm and stop any debris falling into the room which had been a problem. Would definitely recommend.
