  Craig completed the work a week after we had him around to do a quote. He repaired the ridge, secured tiles, repaired flashings and holes around the chimney. He took photos before and after which was really helpful. The work looks good. Craig is friendly and efficient.

  Reroofing of terrace house

  We initially received a quote in Nov 23 and instructed the works to commence early in Jan 24. We were advised works would start in April 24. Each month I checked on progress and eventually we were given a start date in July. (Please note that there are no reviews during this period despite Brunwin Roofing advising that they were very busy) The works started on 28th July and were completed on 19th Sept. The roof was not left watertight during this period & there is water damage. We are yet to receive any building control certificate. Leadwork is patchy. We have raised our concerns.

  Craig and Ray were always on time, they worked hard and were very tidy. They were very considerate to us and our neighbours and the quality of their work was excellent as was the value. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Brunwins.

  The guys were very polite and helpful. Explained exactly what was needed. No pressure to do more than we wanted. Arrived on time. Never left without explaining where they were going and when they would be back. Very tidy workers.
