I recently had my roof replaced by Brunel Roofing, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. From the first time they came out to look at the job, they were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They gave me a straightforward quote, explained everything in a way that made sense, and stuck to the schedule they promised.The team worked efficiently and took real care with the job — the new roof looks fantastic and feels really solid. Even with some bad weather during the project, they kept everything on track and made sure the site was clean.

The team were very friendly and efficient. We didn’t know what exactly was causing the damp issues in the bedroom and bathroom but they quickly identified the cause of the problem and took photos to explain. They carried out their work with minimal disruption and didn’t try to make it a much bigger job than it was. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Having had a great experience with Brunel Roofing on a previous job we had no hesitation in asking for their help to replace a tile that we lost during a recent gale. I thought it might be tricky as the tile was in a slightly awkward position to get to and required cutting to fit an angle, but it proved to be no problem to the skilled team. They also removed an old aerial for us while they were about it. All done in about 20 minutes! Pleasant, friendly and efficient to deal with - another job well done!

Fantastic service from Charles and team to replace our aging roof with new tiles, felt, fascias and lead, and renew worn render on the chimney and surrounds, all within a week! Sean and the team were on site promptly every morning, polite and positive, solved any issues as they went, and kept me updated with the works every day. They also took plenty of photos to show the before and after. Charles came by on the last day to make sure everything looked good and that the property was left fully tidied. We would definitely recommend.
