Brunel were excellent - reliable - good advice and work carried out promptly.

Spencer arrived within 20 minutes of calling. He was able to open the door when the key wouldn't work and repaired the lock. He took the time to sort out the problem and make adjustments so the only cost was the call out charge. Spencer was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Spencer at Brunel locksmiths was brilliant and did a fantastic job to fix our front door. Our front door wouldn’t close properly due to the striker plate, Spencer came out and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently - he even swept up at the end. Top job!
