Firstly I want to thank Thomas and the team for being efficient and effective at the same time. I had a leak through the wall of one of the rooms. Thomas contacted me promptly and came to investigate the leak. Found the source in no time and gave a detailed explanation what can be done and how it will be done. We ended the inspection with an arranged price and the next day him and his team did an immaculate job. I couldn’t be more happier. So now I will observe the area affected while it dries off from the leak. Thank you Brum Shield Roofing.

Thomas was in touch within a few minutes of my request being sent. He immediately arranged a small window of arrival (8:30am-9am) and arrived on time. He inspected the issue (a leak) and arranged to come back with his required equipment. He came back fast, reviewed the issue, gave us the information clearly and gave a price up front. He got the work done then and there, no fussing about. Was transparent with costing. Recommended work to be done in the future but wasn't pushy, more just advising. I would hire for jobs in the future.
