  Brian responded with an expression of interest immediately the job has been posted. He called in to assess it the same day and was able to complete the task without booking a future date. Brian was very professional as well as being cheerful and helpful.

  Toilet Filler Valve leak repair.

  Brian offered to come round and fix the leak from the toilet. He quickly identified the problem and charged a fair price for his work. He was upfront with the costs and the problem and when he was running late he telephoned to let me know. He did a clean professional job and would use him and Ross again in the future.

  Exactly like Tradesmen ought to be....

  We booked the Company to instal a new kitchen tap and change the radiator in the downstairs cloakroom. Brian initially came out to assess the work and price it and Ross came a few days later to carry it out. He fitted the tap with no fuss and no mess but when he came to do the radiator, he discovered that the one I had purchased would not fit...... No problems. He explained what I needed and booked himself in a week later. This time, all went to plan and despite having to make 2 trips, the invoice was exactly as per the quote. I can not recommend this company highly enough.

  What was a simple job of installing a gas hob and installing a tap presented a number of problems but Brian resolved them all going above and beyond to complete the job. I can’t speak highly enough of Brian, so helpful, able to problem solve and all at a reasonable price. Thank you

  Brian was very responsive to messages and attended my home to assess the issue within a few days of me making the enquiry. On the day, he and Ross worked well together to get the job done. They were tidy and professional. Would recommend.
