  Patio and bbq area

  Sean laid a new sandstone patio for us along the back of the house. He suggested we add aco drains which look good and work well. He replaced some fencing and the gate to match the style of the house which really helped to finish the job off. We then asked him back a few weeks later to build a bbq area with built in shelves and pergola. We are very happy with the work and how it all turned out.

  Great job on the new patio.

  We asked Sean to come and lay a patio in our back garden. We have used him previously for Kitchen and Fireplace and been very happy with the result. He came and chatted through the job in his usual friendly fashion and gave us a very reasonable quote and a shopping list of materials. Sean came back and did the job as planned, worked hard through some very hot weather, and within a week we had a great new patio area. The job was professional looked good and was within quote (give or take a few hobnobs). Very happy with the work as usual, and looking forward to the next job with Sean.

  Outbuilding renovation

  Sean did an excellent job renovating our outbuilding and turning it into a usable office space, along with building a shed and other small jobs. Sean was reliable, friendly and all work was carried out to a high standard.

  Garage conversion

  Sean and the team converted our double garage to a flat with living space, fitted kitchen, bedroom and ensuite shower room. All work was completed to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

  Garage conversion and house renovation

  Sean and his team have completed several jobs for us including a garage conversion to make a self contained annexe, and a complete renovation of our living, dining and kitchen areas. Sean is very easy to work with and has great communication with his clients, which along with reasonable costs has made us come back to him time and again.
