Called Everard at 10pm on a Saturday night and he was there within half an hour. He returned Sunday morning and did a great job at repairing a first-floor window that was stuck at an awkward angle. Very experienced, professional, and personable. Will be my go-to glazer from now on for any window-related issues.

Everard is incredibly professional and organised! He came the same day I called for a quote—others took days to even pick up the phone. Of three quotes, Browns Glazing’s was the lowest, but it didn’t feel like “cheap work.” It was fairly priced compared to the other quotes, which were two to three times as much—I was clearly being overcharged elsewhere! Everard handled everything. He ordered the glass (regular and toughened), kept me updated, installed on time, disposed of the old panes, and left no mess. My windows look great.
