Chris provided a thorough and efficient service at a competitive price. He was able to remove our boiler, fit an immersion cylinder and cap the gas supply to the property in just over a day. He did a great job of fitting the cylinder into a very tight spot and kept everything very neat. I will certainly use him again.

Chris answered the first call promptly, arranged a visit quickly and was efficient, effective & very reassuring in everything he did, including installing a new boiler & resolving underfloor heating problems. He is absolutely professional, with high standards of work: he explains what he is doing, & why; and is open about costs & any disruption that might be caused. He is also creative and comes up with solutions to problems that arise in the process. Additionally, he’s completely trustworthy - and very nice! We shall definitely employ Brooks Plumbing & Heating (BPAH) from Letchworth again.

Chris is always very thorough, honest, communicative and helpful. He was punctual and kept in touch. Had some good ideas and recommendations for resolving the problem long term. Whilst he is not the cheapest he is reliable and knows his stuff. He is also a Vaillant registered Master for boilers so that is his next job :-)
