We had Ian out from Brooks exterior cleaning from us making contact with his company to him quoting and coming to do our windows, soffits and facia cleaning it was all so easy! Excellent communication from him , great price and 100% reliability which we loved, He turned up and transformed the whole look of our property and when he left everything was sparkling! I specifically asked for a morning slot, but was given an afternoon slot. I explained I had an appointment but they said that they would be coming at 1pm as it fitted in with other jobs. Ian arrived on time and worked extremely hard to clear our gutters that had not been touched in probably six years. He showed me some before and after pictures and the difference was impressive! He continued to clean all the windows around the house. Ian was professional and courteous in his approach.
