A tenant could not gain access to property on Boxing Day morning due to fault on front door lock mechanism. Ian was there in 20 minutes and successfully gain access. After 23 years working in the Armed Forces reaching the position of Sergent Major (WOII) I retired and set up my own locksmith business.
