  Had great communication throughout, a good overview of possible options and a clear invoice setting out all the costs. The quote and timelines were kept, the work looks amazing and has completely transformed the outside of our home. Would highly recommend for all hard landscaping needs

  Adaptation to my elderly mum's garden

  Ricky was recommended to me by my mum's occupational therapist. She needed her garden adapted to make it safer. Ricky widened her block paving path. He mounted a set of handrails at her back door and also created a large, safe step. Mum loves tending her flower pots, so to make it easier for her, Ricky created a wooden raised platform for the pots to stand on. Ricky did an excellent job and his communication was always clear and prompt. He finished the job well within timescale and cleared everything away leaving the garden safe for mum. I would highly recommend.

  patio steps

  Got Ricky back to again recently to do patio steps into the lower part of our garden. Ricky had already done an excellent job of our patio area in August so it only seemed right to get him back to do this job as well. On time as usual and cleaned and tidied up after himself and another perfect job done and now the steps match up with the newly laid patio area Ricky did. Ricky always kept us up to date with job plans and communication about job was excellent. Would happily recommend Ricky and his team to do any works.

  2 patios, path and car port

  We would highly recommend Brooks and Hodge Developements. We were kept informed at each step of the work. Evan after change of requirements, it was incorporated without any problems. We were kept informed of the daily progress and ongoing work. All queries were discussed and agreed. On completion, all work areas were cleared and cleaned. We would definitely recommend and hire them for any further work.
