Job location: TN39Ben was very patient with lots of questions I had and answered them all to help me make my decision. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received for the same job. He completed the work in the agreed time frame and all is working to plan with the air con so far. 10 Getting central heating back up and running

Woke up to no central heating and couldn’t work out how to get the water pressure back. Ben managed to squeeze a visit into his day and sorted it out (who knew the filling loop was in the loft!). Arranged every stage of the job. Diagnosed problem. Recommended replacement. Procured , fitted and tested gas fire. Registered fire with gas councils. Demonstrated automatic control. Tided up totally on finishing. Ben is an experienced engineer and shows his years of knowledge. Nice personality. We aim to give the best outcomes possible with completed work at competitive prices.
Brookman plumbing & heating cover all aspects of underfloor heating, plumbing, unvented cylinders, gas fires, gas boiler repairs, servicing, landlord certificates, homeowner safety checks, new boiler upgrades, bathroom installations and many more.
Our gas safe installers are Worcester accredited and ideal max accredited installers offering many perks to the customer one of which, rather than a standard 5yr warranty on a Worcester product we can offer 12yrs labor and parts free of charge as a Wai installer only can offer this, and upon an ideal vogue max installation we can offer 12 years cover free.
Please note although we are accredited on ideal and Worcester products, we do not stick to just two products of boiler installations should a customer request a boiler manufacturer they prefer.
We take on bathroom installations covering everything from the new ceilings, woodwork, general building, flooring and tiling along with all the plumbing needed to completion but if you have tradesmen you use then that’s also great. The benefit of us doing all the work is it runs seamlessly, so you don’t have delays between waiting for other trades and even longer without a bathroom.
We are proud to say there really is no job too big either, as 2019 we have taken on a development of some 40 properties supplying the water mains, first and second fixing to all just to name one project. Covering everything from pipework, soil pipework, kitchen plumbing, combination boilers, accumulators and bathrooms to all properties. We have managed this alongside all other work that comes our way too even if that means a 12hr day the work gets done and on time.
