Avoid - job done to a very poor standard. Got paint on my sofa and turned to the cushion round to try and hide it, did not cover or remove sockets and light switches which are now covered in paint, missed multiple patches of wall and skirting which I had to paint after he'd left, and did not complete 2 paint coats or prep the walls as per the quote. When I contacted Paul to try to come to a resolution, he blocked my number! Extremely poor and unprofessional.

I've used Brookes Maintenance for a number of properties, including my own and he's now my go to guy for any maintenance work and refresh of properties between tenants. His work is top notch and a genuine and reasonably priced contractor. Just the type of contractor you look for in any job situation. Keep up the great work.

I have had the pleasure to use Paul's services multiple times and I am impressed with the quality of his work, courtesy and attention to the customer's needs. On the last job he even found a way to save me money on the initially agreed price. Work area left tidy and clean. Definitely recommended and I will certainly call him again for future jobs.
