This is the first occasion I've used the services of Bro Brothers Group Ltd through the Checkertrade site. It has been a very good experience from the start. Chris has been on time, professional, courteous and hard working and went the extra mile. The area of work was kept tidy and clean. The two jobs were completed in accordance with what was agreed and within the quote that was provided. He also gave good advice around the work he was doing. Brilliant service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were professional, and cleaned the entire flat to a very high standard. Kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and all surfaces were spotless. They paid great attention to detail – even cleaned skirting boards, window sills, and inside cupboards. The place looked immaculate. Job location: HA2I recently used Chris's team for an end-of-tenancy cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite my late arrival, they were considerate and waited patiently. The cleaning turned out to be more extensive than anticipated, but the team remained dedicated, working into the evening to ensure everything was spotless.
