  Jabe came to install a new radiator and move an existing one to a different place. Jabe was punctual, reliable and the quality of his work is excellent. And to top it off he is a thoroughly decent bloke. Would highly recommend.

  I needed some plumbing done quickly pre-Christmas and Jabe helped me in good time. New rad fits perfectly. Will use Jabe again if we have plumbing needs.

  Disconnect a washing machine and reinstall a new one

  Having been let down at the last minute by another company we contacted Broadwater Plumbing and Heating Services. Jabe was brilliant, despite the lateness of the day he came round as he said he would after his last call. He kept us updated, was polite and professional and didn’t take advantage of the situation by overcharging us. He was very reasonable and without hesitation we would use him again or recommend him.

  Work carried out on challenging bathroom

  I bought my house at the end of last year, and had numerous issues with the bathroom with the shower failing and water pressure being terrible as a result. Jabe organised the full replacement of my bathroom, as well as the other tradespeople to do surrounding work. He gave me a fair price, and worked with me when there was unexpected issues (such as us discovering the old tiling used 25mm of adhesive!). While he was here, he communicated with me on progress and helped work around my busy schedule and ensured everything was done as I wanted (including fitting a smart bidet).
