  Work carried out on challenging bathroom

  I bought my house at the end of last year, and had numerous issues with the bathroom with the shower failing and water pressure being terrible as a result. Jabe organised the full replacement of my bathroom, as well as the other tradespeople to do surrounding work. He gave me a fair price, and worked with me when there was unexpected issues (such as us discovering the old tiling used 25mm of adhesive!). While he was here, he communicated with me on progress and helped work around my busy schedule and ensured everything was done as I wanted (including fitting a smart bidet).

  Hot Water Tank Installation - Some further words

  I refer to a hot-water tank installation carried out by Jabe of BP&H Services. I was more than happy with the work completed but then came across a small related issue in no way attributable to Jabe’s workmanship. Jabe was keen to return to assess the issue and was prepared to undertake a small piece of additional work (at no further expense to me) to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. This level of service is rarely experienced and should not go unmentioned hence my leaving a further review. Jabe, I could not be happier with you and I thank you for seeing my project through.

  Refitting radiators after renovation

  For last seven years I've been always calling Broadwater Plumbing and Heating Services for any pluming or heating related jobs. Never been disappointed with an honest approach to timing, costing and general professionalism. This time was no different, and radiators are back on following re-plastering of the walls. Thank you!

  Jabe was so helpful, as the leak had been happening for a while, so there was water damage in that area, and he pleasantly explained that some companies would not want to take the job. But he was capable and confident, and helpful and down to earth in his communication. I would recommend him.
