We received prompt attention from John, and he quoted having looked at the problem properly and shown us what he had found. He was able to carry out the work quickly and was able to do some other work we requested replacing some cracked tiles and repairing cementing on other roofs. We were kept informed all the ay through and the team were courteous and left the site clean and tidy.

Some tiles on a large section of the roof had started to flake and crumble and therefore needed replacing. John came to the house and gave me a quote, which I accepted. He arranged for scaffolding to be erected and completed the job in 2 days, including repairing the ridge tiles. The roof is now looking good. John and his team worked hard, were very pleasant to deal with and left the area clean and tidy. A great job....

Not only did John respond very quickly, he also found a mutually convenient time for us to review the work the next day.
