We had our roof and driveway done by John and his team. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. Speedy response to our enquiry, explained everything in detail and followed up with a detailed quote. He kept us informed throughout with any changes orginally discussed. John gave us suggestions advice and guidance. He was not pushy in anyway, would highly recommend him for any work needed and will definately be using him again in the spring for our patio.

John and his team are amazing, couldnt fault them. They work hard and are dedicated. John knows his stuff, he was able to make suggestions that we didnt think of and pull them off! John is honest and transparent and will always communicate well. Hard to find genuine trades people these days and John is definitely someone I'll be keeping on the books! Thank you team!

In June 2025 we used Broadoak to replace the roof of our house when it started leaking after reaching the end of its lifespan. I have found John to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, hard working and communicative throughout. John took the time to explain the work being done and answer any questions. He quoted a really fair price and we were really happy with the standard and speed of the work. John’s team worked immensely hard to get most of the work done in one day as we knew the weather forecast for the comings days was not looking good. Would recommend without hesitation.

I would recommend this company. John was very reliable, arrived when he said he would, very pleasant to deal with and did an excellent job fixing my porch. He also made some very useful suggestions.

John contacted me very quickly after I had submitted my request to Checkatrade and he undertook to come out and view the requirement within a couple of days. He inspired confidence in his knowledge and that he would only undertake work required and not seek to do more than was necessary. He completed the work on schedule and on finding he did not need to do as much as he expected, he reduced the quote.

John and Mike where grate friendly and meet all expectations the price was grate and help with things that they didn’t have to do excellent workmanship will recommend to everybody 5 stars
