He arrived on time, explained everything properly, and completed the work to a very high standard. The roof looks great, and the chimney caps were fitted perfectly. Posted the job on Checkatrade, and Tom contacted me very quickly. Came out within a couple of hours, as promised, and quickly re-fixed a couple of dry verge tiles that had displaced. Showed photos to show work done. Very pleasant and affable guy. Would be happy to use on any future roofing issues.

Thomas from British Roofing was fantastic. I noticed daylight coming through the loft, and he quickly identified the problem. He repaired two tiles, repointed the ridge and hip tiles, cleaned the gutters, and even replaced the rear gutter with a new downpipe. Very professional, efficient, and reliable—highly recommended!
