The Technician managed to get the mechanism unjammed and removed the gear box type assembly which needed cleaning and re greasing. Once this was done the cylinder lock worked again perfectly. Work was completed within 90 minutes. Recommended as Excellent.

Richard was very responsive, the communications were excellent, and he persisted with a very tricky job until he got it fixed. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service

I had problems unlocking 2 sets of patio doors. Richard responded to my call quickly, ordered the parts and they were fitted the next day. He also serviced the doors and realigned them. I would recommend Richard and certainly call him again if necessary.
