My 20 year old uPVC front door mechanism stopped working on Sunday evening, so I called Richard on Monday morning who managed to rearrange his work schedule to come by & take a look & showed & explained very clearly what the problem was. Even better, he had a replacement mechanism on his van, so a short while later he'd changed the bits over, explained how to keep it well maintained & even tweaked the door position so it hung better. I might have been able to get it done cheaper, but it would have probably much taken longer, so I cannot praise his work highly enough. 100% recommended!

Completely locked out of my house. Greatful that the locksmith arrived within 30 minutes of my call and got to work immediately. He explained every part of the process and tried his best to give me the best value for money, meaning that he managed to fix my very old lock, rather than selling me a very expensive new locking mechanism. He was professional, informative, clean and tidy. You can also tell that he is an incredibly nice guy with an absolutely awesome background. I cannot recommend him enough - thank you Richard!
