We had a fantastic experience getting our wood burner installed. Vic arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly before he started and kept us updated throughout the job. The installation was quick and completely hassle‑free. He was so tidy—protecting the space and leaving the room spotless when he finished. The installation uncovered some 1960's building quirks which meant Vic needed to find good solutions to any issues that arose. He also took the time to show us exactly how to use the burner, with helpful tips on lighting

I can not recommend Bristol woodburners enough. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Unfortunately due to our location we suffered from down draught however, they stopped at nothing to resolve this for us, even though this was no fault of theirs. Thank you for being so great.

We were so happy with the fitting of our fire, the guys are great, super friendly and neat work. And 3 years on, the fire is still working as day 1 and we love it.

Bristol Woodburners were fantastic from start to finish. They came round and provided clear sensible advice on the works needed to install a new log burner. They were professional and careful when doing the install and the burner has been fantastic over the winter months. I would definitely recommend Bristol Woodburners to other people.
