Bristol Woodburners were recommended by my chimney sweep following discovery of a breach in my chimney causing smoke to escape in floors above. This necessitated installing a chimney lining. The company responded quickly to my request for guidance & a quote, & were happy to reach the chimney stack via a sky light window, so no need for scaffolding. Work was then scheduled promptly, the quys were friendly, professional & dealt with the dirt. Fire back in action & wife happy!

Our installation wasn’t a simple one - widening of an existing fireplace to properly fill the chimney breast. Vic first visited to give a quote and gave me confidence that he could handle the job. The team helped me choose a burner from a good selection at different price points. On the day, the team arrived, made a plan and started the removal of the old structure. Everything was explained to me and the guys were extremely polite and hard working. They took care to cover our furniture and clean up each day.
