I called in the morning to say that my garage door would not close and Dave from Bristol Garage Doors said he would come in the evening to take a look. He fixed it within an hour or so and explained what the issue was. Top marks for a very speedy and reliable service!!

Called morning after I submitted the job. Was booked in and came out to promptly. On first call out there was more to the job and parts had to be ordered. Called to book in another call out and they even called as they had a cancellation so work was completed sooner than anticipated. Polite and knowledgeable people.

The work was completed adequately however I was charged a call out fee even though the engineer was not at his home base when he arranged to call

My garage door frame had come away from the wall, pulling the door out of alignment, preventing me opening or closing it. Bristol Garage Doors responded to my inquiry promptly, agreed to an appointment that suited me, turned up on time and fixed the problem. Not have had an issue since. Reasonable price given a fairly long distance to get to me too. Very pleased.

The door cable on side was loose making it difficult to shut . The cable was adjusted . It was pointed out the door lock system was not working . I was quoted £270 for a new lock . It was arranged to fix a new lock the following week. I since found out from another company I was being overcharged .Plus the cable broke completely the next time I opened the garage door. I immediately rang to cancel . The other company found the locking bars for the door , therefore I did not require a new lock in the first place.
