The work was completed adequately however I was charged a call out fee even though the engineer was not at his home base when he arranged to call

My garage door frame had come away from the wall, pulling the door out of alignment, preventing me opening or closing it. Bristol Garage Doors responded to my inquiry promptly, agreed to an appointment that suited me, turned up on time and fixed the problem. Not have had an issue since. Reasonable price given a fairly long distance to get to me too. Very pleased.

The door cable on side was loose making it difficult to shut . The cable was adjusted . It was pointed out the door lock system was not working . I was quoted £270 for a new lock . It was arranged to fix a new lock the following week. I since found out from another company I was being overcharged .Plus the cable broke completely the next time I opened the garage door. I immediately rang to cancel . The other company found the locking bars for the door , therefore I did not require a new lock in the first place.

Two polite and professional gentlemen from Bristol Garage Doors Ltd arrived and quickly got my automatic up-and-over garage door working again. They took the time to patiently explain the issue and even shared helpful maintenance tips to keep it running smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed!

I rang Dave to help when I couldn't get my car out of my garage because the motor door lift stopped working. He went out of his way to fit me in this afternoon, but meanwhile someone else turned up unexpectedly in the morning and released my car, so I had to message Dave and tell him it was already fixed. But full marks for a polite, helpful and professional response.
