What a top man!, Tom was very helpful over the phone trying to problem solve before coming out but unfortunately this wasn’t successful so he gave me a date and time for when he was attending. He was very efficient and changed my PCB board which I now have hot water and central heating. Tom was recommended by our previous plumber after he stopped working on Baxi boilers. Tom was able to identify and sort the issue with our boiler promptly and even came back next morning to fix a follow up issue without charging a further call out fee.
