  What a top man!, Tom was very helpful over the phone trying to problem solve before coming out but unfortunately this wasn’t successful so he gave me a date and time for when he was attending. He was very efficient and changed my PCB board which I now have hot water and central heating. I would definitely recommend him.👍🏻😊

  Tom was recommended by our previous plumber after he stopped working on Baxi boilers. Tom was able to identify and sort the issue with our boiler promptly and even came back next morning to fix a follow up issue without charging a further call out fee. Very helpful and would recommend!

He has installed a new boiler and has dealt with various follow-on servicing and plumbing related items. 100% reliable, good value for money and the work is always top notch.   We bought our house 34 yours ago, and Tom has been our plumber and gas engineer for most of that time. He and his team are fantastic - professional, knowledgable, speedy and friendly, and always clean up after carrying out any work, quite important since we've had radiators replaced, the old hot water boiler system removed and a new combi-boiler put in, plenty of repairs to taps etc in kitchen and bathroom, and an in-line scale reducer fitted, as the limescale here is horrendous. Their charges are very reasonable, too! Highly recommended.
