    Organised a date for Ben to attend site between 4 and 6pm. Sadly Ben did not show. I received a text message that evening informing me that Ben was delayed and held up and could he come the next day. I organise the day after, again between 4 and 6pm. Again no show and no messages either.

    Fireplace alterations and new wood burner install

    It was a pleasure having Ben and Marcus in our home for the week. They worked really hard and kept the house as tidy as could be expected for such a messy job! Leanne has been super helpful too from planning through to install. Excellent workmanship, great to deal with throughout and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

    Ben was absolutely a joy to meet and have work in my home. Friendly professional and courteous at all times. His colleague is just as lovely. Admin by Leanne was great all the way, helpful and reassuring. Very happy indeed. Totally recommend Ben.

    Ben did a fantastic job installing our wood burning stove, his work is of a really high standard, attention to detail is excellent and he kept the work area really clean and tidy. Communication was great and work was completed in line with the quote. Couldn’t have gone better.

    Ben and Marcos worked like troupers in weather conditions on my roof most would have given up in but as promised they got the job finished in a day. Stove operation fully explained and our home left clean and tidy. All this at a sensible price. Many thanks.
