Great contact, sent images and received prompt reply and instant quote so knew exactly what I was working with cost wise. Was prompt and ensured the work was completed before leaving. Polite, friendly and very professional. Any other unknown issues identified from the task completed without any fuss and communicated the whole time including showing where the issues were so felt informed. Only issue post is a loose handle but system fully working and happy with overall service provided. 100% would use again

Fully recommend Gavin following renewal of 7 radiators and recommendation from a family member. We supplied the radiators after Gavin kindly measured up and informed us of the correct BTU's that were required. He removed our old rads, drained down the water system, fitted new rads and some additional pipework, added inhibitor and all this was completed in 1 &1/2 days. Gavin fully respected our home, very pleasant and we were more than happy with his quote. Many thanks Gavin for all your hard work and friendliness, we are proper toasty!
