I listed my job on checkatrade in Dec 2025. Gavin did contact and at first communication was brilliant! We arranged that he would fix my faulty tap on 17/12. He gave me a quote.. I thought it was a little high but as long as the job was completed - I would have been happy. He changed the cartridge for my tap - unfortunately this did not fix the issue. I paid Gavin on the day whilst he was in my home and on 23/12 sent a text asking for an invoice/receipt as I like to keep these for my records. I still have not received this.... also the tap is still faulty.. he did not fix the issue.

Hello - thanks for the review, I changed both cartridges in your tap and wasn’t leaking when left. A month or so later you asked for a receipt which I had forgotten to do, sorry. Now it seems that you didn’t get the receipt 3 months later you have left a bad review, m more than happy to change your tap for a new one as in my professional opinion is what is needed, thanks Gavin
