Frank has done an excellent job, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the service he was providing. The rates were excellent and he arrived on time. He carried out a thorough check and service and my unit is now working excellently. I use it for medication and health reasons and it’s very important for me to be able to rely on that. Frank has made me very confident that all is working well and I shouldn’t experience any problems. If was very nice to have that peace of mind. He also didn’t over charge me for things within the service that I didn’t need. Honest, reliable, clean and tidy
