Steve was a Good person to talk to. He did my Carpets and they looked good but because my carpets are dark blue when they became completely dry where had done most of my walking on them they needed to be done again. I contacted Steve and he came straight away and used a more powerful cleaner know extra cost his words [My Reputation] He Truly cares about his customers if I score him it would have to be 10 out of 10.

Steven provided absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The carpets came up looking brand new and smelled fresh without being overpowering. Very professional and friendly throughout the whole process, and they kept in contact all day which was really appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. Great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
