My heating was playing up for some time and I was initially told I may need a new boiler as it was not running at full capacity. Sohail came down and serviced the boiler and I have not had any issues since. I deliberately delayed this review because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a temp fix and as some time has passed I can confirm that I have not had any issues since. I recently had my boiler and radiators serviced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The service received from Brightwell was exceptional. I had to get my bath removed and refitted as I had a leak. They came in the one day removed the bath ready for my tiler and then came a few days later at short notice to refit the bath.
