    Daniel and team were absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have to explain twice on what needed to be done. Are very reliable and polite. Highly recommended.

    Repair/upgrade guttering

    Prompt contact when work put out to tender, read the brief (others didn't & I'm not a fan of repeating myself.) Kept to his word on timings more or less to the second. Listened, understood and only then made suggestions, attentive positive attitude (swagger, contempt and meh aren't good signs.) Daniel appears to have properly assessed the work, knew what he needed to do, the work has been undertaken promptly, professionally with attention to detail and no fuss. A colleague came too, both worked as a team, safely in an area used the the general public. Will employ again for other projects.

    In my previous post I mentioned I difference of 5cm. I meant to have put 5mm. The difference in height was tiny and not noticeable because of the slope, but it wasn't good enough for Daniel, so he rectified it.

    Daniel is a very easy person to talk with. He will discuss the requirements and point out any issues and offer options but will always keep your requests in mind. They arrived on time and went straight to work and never stopped. He pointed out the slight (5cm) difference in the drop of one fence panel that runs along a slopping path. I didn't see a problem, but he apologised and insisted it needed correcting which he did. All the old fencing including some remnants from previous fences was removed and everything was left tidy. Within the first week 5 neighbours asked who did the work.
