    Eaton alarm service and battery replaced

    Fantastic service by Johnny at Bright Security on my Eaton alarm system which we’d inherited from a previous owner - very responsive on messages, quickly able to switch over the system to a new alarm code, tested and replaced battery, tested all sensors working and even called Eaton customer service to help get the system set up on an app so we can control remotely. Brilliant, efficient and friendly service - will definitely use again for regular servicing. An Eaton expert!

    Finding issue and fixing the electrical door release

    Since moving in, I hadn’t been able to open the door with the intercom and thought it was an electrical problem. Johnny came and instantly figured out what the issue was - it was a poorly installed latch. Even though it wasn’t within his scope of work, he managed to fix the problem in just an hour and made everything work perfectly. Much appreciated, and I couldn’t recommend him more!

    Finding issue and fixing problem

    Our intercom was not working and after an electrician tried unsuccessfully over many months to find and fix the issue we sought help from Johnny at Bright Security. He came, tested, found the issue and after a second visit with replacement parts we now have a fully working intercom system. Johnny is an absolute legend and I would highly recommend him for any job, large or small. Efficient with good communication and value.
