Michelle at Precision Tiling was amazing. I am a serial renovator and ex property stager so I’ve been around the block. The tiling project was complex and included steps / seats / ceiling / cut outs etc with a ceramic tiles so not for the faint-hearted. Michelle was fair, competent, quick and industrious. Also a delight to have in your home. Kind, conscientious & tidy. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Michelle came to finish our bath panel and bathroom after a previous tradesman left it unfinished. She was excellent, skilled, professional, and super lovely. She listened carefully to our concerns, communicated clearly via WhatsApp and calls, gave a quick quote, and scheduled promptly. On-site, she worked strategically, explained her plan, and completed the job to a premium standard. Friendly, reliable, and thorough. I would highly recommend Michelle and would definitely hire her again!

Michelle is an outstanding tiler. Highly competent, great communicator, and a real pleasure to have in our home. She worked brilliantly with the builders on surface prep and loved our herringbone and Kit Kat tile choices. She was meticulous with grout and sealant on our recycled composite stone tiles, even phoning the supplier with us to get it right. Her work levelling the tiles to our Victorian floorboards was particularly impressive. Everyone on site appreciated her demeanour and professionalism. I’ll absolutely ask her back for future projects.

Michelle was excellent. There were challenges with the levels of our wall and floor but she took it in her stride and found the solutions. Her communication was great and she delivered a quality finished product. I would highly recommend.
