A survey was conducted and a quotation was prepared. Scaffolding was organised for us at a reasonable cost and included in the quotation. Plaster was removed from the affected interior wall and replaced. The new plaster's finish is excellent. Blown rendering on the exterior wall was removed and replaced. Guttering which was sloping in the wrong direction, causing water to overflow onto our exterior wall, was fixed. All work was completed to a good standard and the scaffolding was left in place enabling us to repaint the exterior wall that had been treated.

Rob's quotation represented fair value for the extensive work involved. He thoroughly explained my damp issues, candidly highlighting the often trial-and-error nature of pinpointing moisture sources - transparency I valued. Work was considerately scheduled: disruptive internal tasks coincided with my holiday, while external efforts were completed, despite significant winter delays. The team were polite, respectful and tidy, clearing all mess afterwards. Rob even recommended an excellent decorator for flawless finishes. I highly recommend Rob and his team. Outstanding service.
