Norbert visited us to give us a quote, ran through options and timings, then provided written quote that day. We decided to go ahead and six weeks later (which was the timeframe he indicated) he returned to fit the shutters. Was super tidy, amazing finish on the job, they are immaculate and look wonderful. Very happy to recommend.

Norbert was excellent through the whole process. Very helpful and excellent communications. The work was carried out nearly 2 years ago, and is still flawless. Norbert even came round recently to repair a small area of damage to a couple of the louvres. I’m often wary of recommending tradespeople as things can go wrong, but I’ve got no such concerns with Norbert and recommend him to everyone. If only all tradespeople were this professional.
