From start to finish this was an excellent experience with Norbert and his company. He contacted me within a few hours of my online enquiry and arrived to following day to assess the job, take measurements and supplied my quote within 24 hours. About 10 weeks later he arrived to fit my shutters. His team of 2 worked all day and by mid afternoon i had beautiful shutters at 4 windows. I cannot recommend bright light shutters highly enough.

He was readily available and prompt for both the initial measure and quote as well as the final installation and was really informative on all the options he had available. We ordered shutters from Norbert after recommendation from our neighbour. From the survey onwards Norbert explained everything to us and timescales to expect.
